We had a decent stay at this great hotel. We liked the exceptionally nice location, and the delightful staff. Within walking distance of the amazing beach. Plenty of exceptionally good breakfast items to choose from.
-
Good value, it was spotless. The location and rooms were exceptional. Relaxed by the pool, it was very clean, especially when the weather was very warm.
Well, the area was a bit disappointing overall.
-
We loved marvellous breakfasts and outstanding views!
During our christmas everything was perfect and we would stay here again. Fantastic service within 0.5 km of the airport.
-
The reception was comfortable, I liked it. Stayed in bright deluxe king room with a bath, lovely views, as for instance. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the lobby bar.
-
Peaceful location, efficient staff, comprehensive breakfast. Room refurbished and top class, bed super comfy.
-
I liked location and food here. I had a view of the garden from my window.
-
The location of the hotel was isolated, the staff were happy to help, we loved a relaxing experience. Plenty of food for breakfast, food was reasonably priced. The service here was perfect too.
-
It was tidy, and I loved okay stuff and food.
-
Old-fashioned place, really lovely beds, beautiful staff. Grand bedroom. Loved the industrialised area. There was a huge restaurant near to the hotel, outstanding food. I came here for 3 nights and had an unforgettable stay.
-
The location was picturesque, staff were helpful. There was an okay room. Only 10 min walk to downtown. Furthermore, it was at a near distance from a cantilever bridge.
-
We recommend once again. Enjoyed the facilities and food, they were very good! The place is 1 km away from the North Queensferry downtown. The king guest room had a heating system, a multi-channel TV and a dining area.
-
Very nice room, spacious, comfortable, very attentive staff. We had roomservice twice and the food was good.
Window in the room could not open. Balcony door was also closed because of Health and Safety reasons. The door was only opened and closed on request by a staff member. This was not very practical.
-
Our stay at the hotel was in conjunction with a wedding at the hotel.
-
Very helpful but unintrusive staff - nothing was a problem when asked. Good sized rooms. Delightful Family Sunday function - gorgeous food!

stayed here for a wedding so convienent
the breakfast! paid £8 each for continental breakfast. menu quoted "croissants, pain au chocolat, pastries" there were none. only eat toast and very small bowl cereal and had tea and a juice. when waiter asked re food he said there were none. All our family had booked in for breakfast so they knew we were coming so they should have had full menu available - no excuses. When mentioned to receptionist - was told she would "inform the manager" of my complaint. They should go to the Holiday Inn and see a proper continental breakfast - this was what we were all expecting.
